In my first five years, I was out full-time in the field as a Special Agent, combining my duties with recruiting and hands-on training of new agents. Aspiring agents receive theoretical knowledge and practical training, accompanying seasoned agents to actual appointments to learn the ropes firsthand.
This is how we learn here – directly in the field, from each other, sharing real-life appointments and experiences. This continuous learning loop is our foundation, ensuring we all grow together.
