Prepare a will or trust before your death to protect and support your loved ones. I started working on death claims in 1985, handling forms and listening to clients’ stories. These stories educated me and gave me as much experience as any advanced planning course about wills and trusts in Arizona. The lack of a will or trust, dying intestate, spending up to two years in probate, not to mention the cost of probate, is all unnecessary. My question to you is, “Why would you do this to someone you love?”

Wills

Get a will first, and if you later decide a trust is necessary based on your needs, you can save money and time with both options. This approach is better than leaving your loved ones without protection.
